Verification of legitimacy is required for all clientele. My safety and security, as well as the peace of mind of my clients is most imperative and something I take very seriously. My requests for screening is as follows: 

STEP 1:

Submit a colored image of your government issued ID, with your full name, birthdate & photo clearly visible. You are welcome to conceal any other information you wish. This is used solely by me to verify through my independent background checking process, that you are not a predator, stalker or violent offender.

Step 2: 

Submit a selfie holding up your government issued ID next to your face. Again, you are welcome to conceal any information you wish but your full name, birthdate and photo must be clearly visible.

STEP 3: (If Applicable)

Current references from SWs you have spent time with in the past 18 months that can vouch they felt safe in your presence. Do not forget to list their contact info as well as their website link in your appointment inquiry.

STEP 4: 

You may expedite the screening process by including additional info with your government issued ID, such as:

  • proof of professional online presence
  • proof of employment via email
  • business card & LinkedIn profile
  • social media accounts
  • airline boarding pass
  • deposit

*I reserve the right to require a deposit OR my fee in its entirety, paid upfront whenever I feel it necessary*

I do not accept workplace IDs or P411 IDs as methods of identification.
